These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Shivaji Auditorium’s movie ticket booking service and your relationship with Shivaji Auditorium. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

1. Objective:

Shivaji Auditorium, as a private theater that screens movies for the benefit of station personnel as an initiative, aims to provide a seamless and enjoyable ticket purchase experience. These Purchase Policies and Procedures are supplementary to the Shivaji Auditorium Terms and Conditions and are integral to the policies described herein.

2. Ticket as a License:

Purchasing a ticket from Shivaji Auditorium grants you a license to view the specific movie for which the ticket was bought. This license can be revoked if you, the ticket holder, violate any of Shivaji Auditorium’s policies, Terms and conditions, additional conditions on the tickets, or any applicable laws and regulations.

3. Venue and Ticket Booking

(A). Shivaji Auditorium is located in Uran, Raigad, Maharashtra, India, with the postal code 400704.
(B). Tickets for movies at Shivaji Auditorium can be booked by purchasing a monthly subscription.

4. Monthly Subscription and Booking Process

(A). To book tickets, users must first complete the registration form.
(B). Once the registration form is approved, the user will receive an approval email.
(C). Only authorized users with approved registrations can purchase the monthly subscription.
(D). Each monthly subscription allows the booking of up to four tickets at a time.
(E). Subscriptions also include the availability of four monthly tickets.

5. Additional Ticket Purchase

(A). If you wish to purchase additional tickets beyond the four included in the monthly subscription, you can do so by paying the required amount.(B). Additional tickets may be subject to availability.

Pricing

(A) Jr Sailor/ Equivalent (Including DSC & MES): Rs 150
(B) Sr. Sailor/ Equivalent (including DSC & MES): Rs 175
(C) Officers (Including Civilian Officers): Rs 200

After completing the subscription, the pricing is as follows:

(A) Jr Sailor/ Equivalent (Including DSC & MES): Rs 75
(B) Sr. Sailor/ Equivalent (including DSC & MES): Rs 100
(C) Officers (Including Civilian Officers): Rs 125

By using Shivaji Auditorium’s ticket booking service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Shivaji Auditorium reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates or changes.
