Ticket Return Procedure and Refund Policy:
At Shivaji Auditorium, we recognize that plans can occasionally shift, and you may find yourself in need of returning your event tickets. To accommodate such situations, we’ve established a convenient ticket return policy.
Important Notes:
It’s essential to note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- If you do not attend the event.
- If you fail to initiate the ticket return process.
To return a ticket, please follow these steps:
- Access our website and navigate to the “Support” section.
- Click on the “Support” link to initiate the return process.
- Fill out the provided form with all the necessary and relevant information, including your booking details and the reason for your ticket return.
Our team will promptly review your request and get in touch with you to confirm the return process. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and ensuring a smooth ticket return experience.
Refund Processing:
The refund can be processed within a minimum of 1 day or a maximum of 5 working days.
Cancellation:
- For Free Tickets:
No refunds are applicable for cancellations of free tickets. - For Advance Booked Tickets:
Cancellation is permitted until one day prior, subject to a cancellation fee. Otherwise, a 25% deduction, excluding the cancellation fee, will be applied. - Cancellation Assurance and Refund Process:
You have nothing to worry about! In the event of a show being canceled by the cinema/organizers, we’d process a complete refund to the respective account you made the payment with. The amount should be there in your account within 2 to 7 working days once processed.
